Purchase of a nominated Polymaster product (listed below) between 1^st December 2022 to 28^th February 2023 and complete the redemption form

Fuel card is not redeemable for cash. Promotion is not available to

Fuel distributors. The fuel gift card will be delivered via email. The

correct email address must be entered when completing the redemption

form.

• 10,000ltr Diesel Self Bunded Tank Ranger (DMDS10000R)
